Ambika Cotton Mills has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 23rd September 2021 to Wednesday 29th September 2021 for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 and for final dividend of Rs 35 per equity share (face value of Rs 10 each) recommended by the Board of Directors subject to approval of shareholders. The dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in the Register of members as on Wednesday 22nd September,2021.
