Madan Madhusudan Godse is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company. His brief profile is attached in Annexure -1 and approved the budget for installation of 15 MWp Solar Power Project for captive consumption to reduce the cost of production of the Company.
