Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 03.09.2021, have approved the following: Sub-division of equity shares of the Company from the existing 1 equity share of face value of Rs 10 each into 2 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. The Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares shall be decided after obtaining approval for sub-division from the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be intimated in due course. Relevant disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 concerning sub-division of shares is enclosed as Annexure A.
