The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Saturday, 25th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of AGM. The remote e-voting period commences on Monday, 27th September, 2021 (9:00 am) and ends on Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 (5:00 pm). The cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting and voting at the 20th AGM is Thursday, 23rd September, 2021.
