Real Strips has informed that the dates of Book Closure for Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday the 29/09/2020 at 03.30 PM is from 21.09.2021 to 28.09.2021. Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e., 22nd September, 2021, shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting. Remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 9.00 am and will end on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5.00 pm.
