Precision Pipes and Profiles Company has received an approval for hiving off the company’s white goods and PDC business by way of slump sale. The board at its meeting held on November 12, 2012 has approved for the same.
This step shall enable the company to focus on its automotive business which constitutes over 90% of its turnover. Further, the above is however subject to the approval of the shareholders pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
