CA.V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, IRL YCC(1)/19 dated 18th August, 2021 has reappointed HDSG & Associates, (DE0987), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. Statutory Auditors shall also be the auditors of the Consolidated Financial Statement under Section 139 read with Section 129 (4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
