IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Mahindra Lifespaces Developers for a total value of Rs 120.30 crore for construction of ‘Civil and Structural Works for the proposed residential development, ‘Ashvita’ comprising apartments in 5 towers, club house, and external related civil works at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The project has to be completed within 31 months.
Recently, the company received a LOI from Emaar-MGF for a total value of Rs 135.50 crore for construction of 'Palm Terraces Select Housing Complex' at Sector- 66, Gurgaon.
