Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, September 08, 2021 have fixed Tuesday, September 28, 2021 as the Record Date for the split/sub-division of equity shares of the Company from existing face value of Rs 10 each to face value of Re 1 each (i.e., split of 1 equity share of Rs 10 into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each), which was approved by the Board and Shareholders in their respective meetings held on June 14, 2021 and August 28, 2021 respectively.
