EPL has informed that the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2020 (ESOS2020 or the Scheme) was approved by the Board on 22 May 2020 and by the Shareholders on 1 July 2020. Further, it has informed that as per the Scheme, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board (NRC) has approved the grant of 1526718 Options to the eligible employee of the Company convertible into an equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to be allotted by the Company, at an exercise price is attached. The said Options will vest in a phased manner during the next five years, as per the provisions of the Scheme or Vesting Terms. Prescribed disclosures and details in respect to the above-mentioned Options are attached. The company has informed you that 11,60,306 unvested Options have been lapsed under the ESOS2020.
