Aster MIMS Women and Children Block has 75 beds with state-of-the-art facilities located at Changuvetty, Kottakal P.O Malappuram, Kerala. This shall be first exclusive and dedicated Women and Children Hospital of Aster in Kerala. The details required as per circular number CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 pertaining to continuous disclosure requirements for listed entities under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been enclosed as Annexure I.
