Trident Texofab has informed that Board of Directors of the Company on September 14, 2021 has approved the conducting of Postal Ballot by way of remote e-voting facility only, to obtain approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of: Ordinary Resolution - Increase In Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration in the capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company; Special Resolution - To convert financial assistance/loan into fully paid up equity shares of the company; Special resolution - Authorise Directors to convert financial assistance into fully paid up equity shares of the company. In this regard, it enclosed copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 14, 2021 for obtaining approval of the shareholders.
