Varroc Engineering has raised Rs 125 crore through rated listed secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) (Option - I Debentures) and allotted 1250 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each and company has also raised Rs 250 crore through NCDs (Option - II Debentures) and allotted 2,500 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
