Superior Industrial Enterprises has informed that Megha Rastogi, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) (Key Managerial Personnel) of Superior Industrial Enterprises has resigned with effective from 17th September, 2021 and decided to pursue a career outside the Company. She will be relieved with effect from 4th October, 2021 and till the time she will be acting as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. Her successor shall be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
