Archit Organosys has received an approval for the expansion of existing production capacity by 6000 M.T. p.a. The existing capacity is 12000 Metric Tonne (MT) per annum and capacity utilization is at 60%. The proposed capacity expansion would be added in the next 6 to 9 months months. The investment of Rs 500 lakh for the expansion project will be financed through internal accruals.
There is increase in demand of one of the product of the company i.e. Monochloro Acetic Acid (MCA) both at domestic and at export level. Also, the make in India drive by Government of India has boosted the demand and it has been surveyed that many peer industries manufacturing MCA has increased their production capacity. Hence, the overall industry is anticipating a growth for this product. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on September 21, 2021 has considered and approved the same.
