In continuation to earlier communication dated, 9 August, 2021 in connection with initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Company pursuant to provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Interim Resolution Professional, Sathavahana Ispat has informed that the Committee of Creditors (‘COC’) in the first meeting held on 31/08/2021 have appointed Bhuwan Madan as Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company and the same was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (‘NCLT’) through its order dated 08th September, 2021.
