Accordingly, Kanjilal will cease to be Chairman cum Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on close of business hours on 25th September, 2021. Post the cessation of office of Gautam Kanjilal as a Chairman cum Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, he will cease to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
