GEE has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, by means of Circular Resolution dated September 24, 2021, have allotted 23,62,588 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 2 each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of 1 Equity Share of Rs 2 each for every 10 existing Equity Shares of Rs 2 each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members/ list of beneficial owners maintained by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company as on September 22, 2021 i.e., record date fixed for this purpose. Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 4,72,51,756 divided into 2,36,25,878 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 5,19,76,932 divided into 2,59,88,466 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each.
