Gujarat Hy-Spin has informed that in pursuance of circular of stock exchange vide reference no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in terms of company’s code for prevention of Insider trading, Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effective from 01.10.2021 for the designated persons and its immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result of the company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
