Radhe Developers (India) has informed that the board of Directors at its Meeting held on September 25, 2021, have considered and approved the Appointment of Rahul Mehra as an Additional Director in category of Independent Director with effect from September 25, 2021. Further the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 25,2021, have also accepted the resignation of Dineshsingh U. Kshatriya as an Independent Director of the Company. The resignation letter received from Dineshsingh U. Kshatriya is also enclosed. There are no material reasons for resignation other than mentioned in the resignation letter consequently, Dineshsingh U. Kshatriya shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board effective September 25,2021. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given in ‘Annexure A’ & ‘Annexure B attached to this letter.
