HDFC Bank raises Rs 5,000 crore via NCDs

HDFC Bank has raised Rs 5,000 crore by issuing and allotting 6.44 per cent (coupon rate) unsecured redeemable long term fully paid up non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. A total of 50,000 bonds have been issued with face value of Rs 10 lakh each. 

HDFC Bank is one of India’s premier banks providing a wide range of financial products and services using multiple distribution channels including a pan-India network of branches, ATMs, phone banking, net banking and mobile banking.
