Godrej industries has raised Rs 750 crore through Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 7,500 NCDs having Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each at par. The proceeds of the Issue are proposed to be used for business purposes, investments in body corporate, repayment / prepayment of certain loans and for general corporate purposes.

Godrej industries a part of Godrej group, is India's leading manufacturer of oleochemicals and makes more than a hundred chemicals for use in over two dozen industries.
