Huhtamaki India has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st October 2021 till end of 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2021. The date of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended 30th September 2021, shall be intimated in due course.
