Sanjay Dholakia, Practicing Company Secretary, Mumbai appointed as scrutinizer for scrutinizing remote e-voting process and voting by electronic means at 47th Annual General Meeting, and issued Scrutinizer’s Report thereon. The Company enclosed the Scrutinizer’s Report for remote e-voting for 47th Annual General Meeting held on 27th September, 2021.
