In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, PIL Italica has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons from Friday, 01st October, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course. This intimation has also been uploaded on the website of the Company www.italica.com.
