California Software Company has received an approval to sell the wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) of the company. The board at its meeting held on November 17, 2012 has approved for the same.
Besides, it was also decided by the board to sell/transfer part/whole of the undertaking consisting of land & building and other assets of the company, IT business of the company and branch offices of the company. The above decisions were taken in order to help the company with its restructuring plans.
