Further, Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules and amendments made thereto, the company submitted the declaration of Remote e-Voting and electronic voting of the Resolutions put to vote and passed at 21st Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company along with Scrutinizer’s Report. The said resolutions have been approved by the Members with requisite majority.
