Eco Recycling has informed that, in terms of the Company's 'code of internal procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives & Insiders' (the Code) read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from 1st October 2021 until expiry of 48 hours from date of declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021. The details of date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
