Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, JK Lakshmi Cement has informed that due to illegal strike called by Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Association, the dispatches from its Cement Plant in Durg 491001, Chhattisgarh which stood substantially reduced from 19th September 2021 have been completely stopped. Industry wide negotiations are being held with State Government and the Company is hopeful of an amicable solution shortly.
