SKIL Infrastructure has informed that as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’) of the Company and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time (‘SEBI PIT Regulations’) the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company is closed from October 01, 2021 and shall remain close till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. The date of Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
