CSB Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/10/2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. The unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report, to be issued by the Joint Statutory Auditors, will be submitted in accordance with the Regulations. The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed up to and including Wednesday, October 27, 2021 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives in terms of ‘Bank’s Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy’. This intimation shall also be made available on the Bank’s website at www.csb.co.in
