The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended on 30th September, 2021 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Further, the insiders/ designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above mentioned period of closure of trading window.
