Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Techno Electric & Engineering has confirmed that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company have confirmed that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 have been confirmed (accepted/ rejected) to the depositories and that the securities comprised in the said certificate are listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed and the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository have been substituted in the register of members of the company as the registered owner. The company has enclosed the Certificate dated 07.10.2021 for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 as received from Niche Technologies, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company in the prescribed format.
