Ujaas Energy has informed that the Honarable National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench, vide its order dated 7th October 2021 in the matter of App/2/AHM/2021 filed by the Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods & Service Tax department, challenging rejection of the department's claim by the RP citing delay. The NCLT direct the RP to consider the claim and admit as per law. Accordingly, the said application is allowed and stands disposed of. An order copy is attached. The above information may be treated as disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
