VA Tech Wabag has informed about an update on the earlier communication filed by the Company in connection with the certain disputes including non-payment of dues of approx. Rs 13 crores for more than 5 years by Delhi Jal Board (DJB) relating to Company’s contract for operation and maintenance for 45 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant at Kondli, Delhi; The Company had filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court challenging the illegal and malafide debarment action initiated by DJB on the Company and based on the completion of all pleadings and other submission of filings by both parties, the final argument is pending before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
