Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 NCL Industries has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Tuesday the 2nd November, 2021 to consider and take on record the Un Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2021. As intimated earlier through its letter dated 22nd September 2021 regarding closure of its ‘Trading Window' it informed that the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.
