KSE has informed that pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on 12th November, 2021. In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares stand closed from 1st October, 2021 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
