Sovereign Diamonds has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th October, 2021 at 11.00 am at the Registered Office of the Company, to approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021; and to consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 30th September, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 01st October, 2021 for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Un-Audited Financial Results.
