KD Leisures has informed that the company has submitted the application seeking reclassification of the 'Promoters and Promoter Group' to the BSE and The Calcutta Stock Exchange in accordance with Regulation 31A of Listing Regulations and the respective checklists prescribed by the Stock Exchange on 14th October, 2021. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed in relation to the Reclassification Application in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
