Vaibhav Global has acquired the Shop LC GmbH, Germany from Shop TJC, UK (a step?down subsidiary of the Company). The main aim of the acquisition is to expand business in Germany by selling the products to the retail consumers via television and ecommerce websites. The Company has acquired Shop LC GmbH, Germany by complying with all applicable provisions of FEMA & other applicable regulations regarding Overseas Investment etc
