Prajay Engineers Syndicate has informed that based on the confirmation given by the Venture Capital and Corporate Investments, The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, for the Quarter ended 30-09-2021, in terms of Regulations 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, the company confirmed and certified that for the quarter ended 30-09-2021: the securities comprised in the Share Certificates that were surrendered for dematerialization have been listed on the Stock Exchanges; and the said Share Certificates after due verification, were immediately mutilated and the name of the concerned depository has been substituted in the company records as registered owner within the specified period.
