Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Imagicaaworld Entertainment has informed that the Board of Director of the Company by way of a Resolution passed by way of Circulation on October 19, 2021 (based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee) appointed Suresh Bharathwaj (holding Director Identification Number : 09330455), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of the Company for a period of 3 years With effect from October 18, 2021 subject to approval of the Shareholders to be availed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act and the Listing Regulations. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are attached as Annexure A to this letter.
