Tata Motors launches annual customer-engagement program

Tata Motors has launched its annual customer-engagement program, the Grahak Samvaad, from October 20 to 28, 2021. The program aims to educate the customers about the company’s innovative service and product offerings. Executives from Tata Motors will interact with customers to collect feedback and understand their expectations, key pain points and suggestions to further streamline its aftersales service and improve its product offerings for a hassle-free driving experience.

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
