Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CG Vak Software & Exports has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 21.10.2021 approved the purchase of land and building measuring 0.92.50 Acres at Coimbatore for a consideration of Rs 15.80 crores. The Purchase is from an un-related party. The purchase will be funded to the extent of Rs 3 crores through Term Loan, and balance through internal accruals. This purchase is made with the present and future requirement of the Company in mind.
