As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 29th October, 2021. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that the Company will hold Post Results Conference Call with investors to discuss the financial performance of the Company.
