Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Leena Consultancy has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th October, 2021 at Registered office to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. Further, as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 29 September, 2021 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
