Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated September 29, 2021, in compliance of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jindal Steel & Power, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated person(s)/ connected person(s) of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results have been made public.
