Kansai Nerolac Paints has informed that the Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints has, at its meeting held today i.e., on Monday, 25th October, 2021, considered and approved payment of interim dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share of the face value of Re 1 each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the 'Record Date', viz. Tuesday, 9th November, 2021 on or after 22nd November, 2021.
