Nirlon has informed about Confirmation certificate received from the Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the September 30, 2021, whereby the Company certified that the share certificates received from the Depository Participants for dematerialisation, during the quarter ended September 30, 2021, have been confirmed to the Depositories that securities comprised in the said certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification, and the name of the Depositories have been substituted in the records maintained by our share transfer agent as registered owners within 15 days of receipt of certificates of securities. The Company further certified that the said share certificates which were dematerialised are listed on the BSE where the earlier issued securities are listed.
