Further, it has informed that the Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, will be Friday, 19th November, 2021. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st October, 2021 to 11th November, 2021.
